Annual General Meeting postponed
In the light of current government health advice, we have decided to postpone our Annual General Meeting (AGM) to an unspecified date. We would require a minimum attendance of 35 members in order to have a quorum, and large gatherings are considered a risk to public health for the moment.
Our rules state that we must hold an AGM within six months of the end of our financial year, which is March 31. So the latest possible date is 30 September. Hopefully we will be able to get together long before then. We are currently preparing our accounts for the annual independent audit, which will take place next month as usual.
In the meantime, all Trust board members have offered to continue in their positions until the AGM. If anyone is interested in joining the Trust board, please do get in touch at @cfcst or email@example.com. We will send out official advance notice of our AGM to our members once we are in a position to confirm the date.
