Tamworth win nets £60 for youth development

September 3, 2016 Pledges 0

Jason Walker’s goal from outside the box at Tamworth, site coupled with a fine team effort for yet another clean sheet, brought us three points and raised £60.50 in pledges for youth development. Another win will see the money raised top £500, which is a good start. If you’ve been thinking of getting involved, here’s some inspiration from today’s pledges.

Sheila Brennan’s £2 when all three subs are used paid out today, as it has in every game so far except one. Jason Walker’s screamer netted the usual £9.50 for any goal scored, plus an additional £3 pledged for goals from outside the box for the first time this season. Hats off to all eleven players for raising £27 with the clean sheet, once again the most valuable single pledge.

Another strong reason to take part is that one lucky pledger will win a free season ticket for next season. To take part:

  • pick up a form at the Trust table outside the Social Club at any home match
  • tweet your pledge to @cfcst
  • join at our next meeting, which will be the day after Altrincham away.

You can see full details of everyone taking part, what they have pledged and how much has been paid in so far in the following spreadsheet, which lists the pledges broken down by each game:
