VACANCY – Match day / Time Credits Co-ordinator
Chorley Supporters Trust has recently become a partner organisation of Lancashire Time Credits. We’re looking for offers of help on match days from members of the wider Chorley community in exchange for earning Time Credits. These credits can then be redeemed against a range of products and services supplied by local organisations.
The Role: The duties of the Match day/ Time Credits co-ordinator will be to act as a point of contact on behalf of Chorley Supporters Trust for Lancashire Time Credits and members of the public who would like to volunteer their time to help out on match days. On the day of a home game the Match Day co-ordinator will allocate duties from a prescribed list to volunteers as they arrive ensuring as many duties as possible are covered. At the end of volunteering (just before kick off) the co-ordinator will distribute Time Credit vouchers to the volunteers.
A simple spreadsheet detailing the number of volunteers, rx hours worked and Time Credits distributed is to be completed on a monthly basis.
Time Required: This role will require attendance at home games from 1-00pm until 2-55pm on Saturdays and 6-30pm until 7-45pm for midweek games to greet and assign volunteers. It is anticipated that around two hours per month beyond match days will be required by returning phone calls and emails, troche and completing the Time Credits spreadsheet.
Additional Information: Chorley Supporters Trust will provide a basic phone and Supporters Trust email address to receive calls and emails from potential volunteers. Therefore regular access to a PC, lap top or smart phone for emails is essential. You will receive the full support of the Chorley Supporters Trust Board and Spice, the company responsible for managing the Time Credits scheme. The Match day/ Time Credits co-ordinator is also eligible to receive Time Credits: Two credits per match plus two per month for dealing with enquiries.
We would welcome the opportunity to appoint more than one Match day/ Time Credits co-ordinator to share the work.
Interested: If you would like more information about this role or are interested in taking up the role please contact Supporters Trust Chairman Ryan Modlin email@example.com or see the Trust Information Point at any home game.
