I have lived in Whittle-le-Woods all my life and am also a lifelong supporter of Chorley FC. My dad tells me I attended my first game when I was six weeks old! I’m married to Stephanie and we have a little girl called Matilda.
I’ve attended Chorley matches throughout my life and was even lucky enough to have been the club’s kit-man in the late 1990s. A season ticket holder for the past five years, I also travel to most away games. I’ve also been involved in football at amateur level, managing my local team, Whittle FC, and enjoying five years of success, winning two cups and one league title, and being involved in the building and opening of the new changing facilities at Kem Mill Lane, in Whittle.
Away from football I work in purchasing at a fuel injection specialist and have a varied role within the company, including sales.
My main aim and focus in joining Chorley FC Supporters Trust and its board of directors is to improve communication between the club and its supporters and bringing them closer together, while continuing the great work already done by others I’m joining or taking over from.
