Pledges update after Boston United

Pledges update after Boston United

August 22, 2016 Website 0

You’ve pledged over £250 for youth development at Chorley after just four matches. Thanks in equal part to our impressive early season form and the generosity of our fans, the total pledged stands at £262 already. Julien Robb is once again our top pledger with £10, stuff thanks to the current rash of penalties. We hope he’s happier parting with £5 for a penalty scored than £10 for a miss.

The Boston United game raised £81 in total, making it the second biggest fundraiser of the season so far after our 3-0 win over Bradford on Tuesday. However we can’t rely on the current excellent run of form alone to bring in the money for our young players. We really want you to get involved. So if you haven’t already, you can pick up a form at the Trust table outside the Social Club at any home match, tweet your pledge to @cfcst or join at our next meeting, which will be the day after Altrincham away.
